I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have mixed feelings. The rooms are spacious and come with a lovely view, which I really appreciated. However, the service wasn't up to par, as the staff lacked efficiency and training. The hotel is in a prime location right off the beach and close to Hearst Castle, which is definitely a plus. I also found the dining options to be a bit lacking and overpriced for what was offered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located right on the beach and just a short drive to the elephant seal rookery. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and opened up directly to the grassy area leading to the beach. The service was friendly, though we encountered a rude staff member during check-in. While the dining options looked appealing, we found them a bit pricey for the offerings. All in all, it was a great experience, but some minor improvements would truly elevate it.
